Our Gifts and Talents from God

Bonjour, wonderful people hope everyone is good and that they are about to have or may have had a productive day/week. I pray and commit each of you into God's hands, may he continue to shower his divine blessings upon you and may he continue to protect you in everything that you do, In Jesus name I pray, Amen

Today's topic is about "Our gifts and Talents from God", many of us have talents, whether it is to be a singer, dancer, poet, rapper, spoken word all these are different types of talents that we acquire in our lifetime, many people may be multi-talented meaning that they have more than one talent. I believe that talents are gifts given to us by God, each talent we acquire has to have an impact on someone right? But that's the problem about gifts and talents many individuals don't use them wisely, talents and gift are given to us by God to serve a purpose in serving God and others, everything we have is a gift from God.

Many people are blessed with the voice to sing but they shy away and don't use their talent, that talent could help someone who may be going through a hard time, it could also help to serve, praise and worship the Lord in many different ways, 1 Peter 4:10 states “Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms.”. We shouldn't have to waste our talents and gifts just because we don't know what to do with it.

Each talent and gift serves a purpose, and that purpose won't be revealed until the talent is used to serve God, to inspire, influence, motivate those around you, we shouldn't let our talents go to waste because that is one of the most important gifts that God gives us, our talents and gifts showcase the people that we are today. We have to make sure that each gift that is given to us is used or God will take it away from us.

Gifts from God are not only talents, God can bless us with wisdom ( Proverbs 2:6), knowledge and understanding (Proverbs 3:5), to give us the gift of discernment (Hebrews 5:14) and also the gift of leadership (Romans 12:8), all these are gifts which will help to strengthen our walk with God and to also use these gifts to serve him, this allows us to be better Christians. I would encourage each individual that if you have a gift don't hide it, use it, share it, somebody out there may have an impact on your gift and don't let a good gift or talent be taken away from you when you could have used it to serve God.

If you find yourself not knowing what your gift or talent from God is pray and ask Lord, I come before you, not knowing my talent Lord, I pray that you help me find the talent/gift which you have given me, may I use that talent to serve you, Lord, and may I use this talent to inspire and motivate others In Jesus name I pray, Amen

Don't shy away from your talent, every talent has its purpose and it would be revealed to you. I pray that this post has motivated someone out there to showcase their gift and talent and to use it accordantly and I pray that you have/had a blessed Day.
